By accessing or using the GiftPlanr™ application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GiftPlanr™ is a web application that helps users track important occasions and find gift ideas for friends, family, and other recipients. The Service includes features such as reminder notifications, occasion tracking, and Amazon product search integration.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to store and manage personal information about your gift recipients. You are solely responsible for the content you provide, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, and display the content in connection with providing the Service to you.

5. Amazon Integration

Our Service includes integration with Amazon.com for product searches. By using this feature:

• You acknowledge that we are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
• You understand that clicking on Amazon links generated by our Service will redirect you to Amazon's website, where Amazon's terms and policies will apply.
• We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of any products found through this integration.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GiftPlanr™ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person.
• To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• To harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any account over 60 days old with no associated Recipients may be deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GiftPlanr™, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
